Deafscope link are encouraging the Deaf and Deaf usher community to get involved with a fitness walk, that will be running for at least six weeks.

This is to promote a healthier lifestyle in a fun and social environment. It’s vital we encourage each other to improve our fitness so that our community can stay thriving and active.

The Coronavirus pandemic has had long lasting effects on our community making us shy to step outside and get involved in activities, we are here to change this and bring us back to life.

So what are you waiting for? Time to get up shake it off and get stuck in with our friendly team.

Contact us and we will get you up and running or at least walking.
