Deafscope Link CIC – Active Lives and Healthy Minds Project**

The **Active Lives and Healthy Minds Project** was a successful initiative by Deafscope Link CIC aimed at encouraging healthier lifestyles within the Deaf community. A key part of this project was a **6-week fitness walk**, which provided a fun and social environment for Deaf individuals to stay active and connected.

This project helped promote not only physical health but also mental wellbeing, highlighting the importance of staying active for a thriving, healthy community. By walking together, participants boosted their fitness, self-esteem, and overall wellbeing, demonstrating the power of community support.

Although the fitness walk has now concluded, you can still watch our **Deaf Walk videos** to see the positive impact this project had on participants.
